The 4 day seminar organized by YWAM Europe and taught by a couple of guys from the Navigators was one of the best seminars we were part of since we joined YWAM!

About 20 YWAM-ers were part of this seminar in Tg Mures, Romania (about 10 hours away from Constanta) and both the teaching and the fellowship were wonderful! Some of the details of the life of a leader we touched, were: godly character, giving clear instructions and expectations, taking risks, looking back to times when we have been led well, equipping, caring, being available and flexible, serving, restoring, guiding, nurturing, being careful not to abuse the authority, etc.
The highlights for us were the talks about bearing fruit and living out our destiny for God’s glory and the balance between leading, caring and developing others.

We are so grateful God made it possible for us to be part of this!
We are looking forward to attend the next 4 day seminar (part B) in March
